1. Preparation before assembly: Familiarize yourself with the drawings, analyze the hydraulic schematic and hydraulic oil circuit layout diagram, and clarify the direction of the system's oil inlet, return, drain, main oil circuit, and control oil circuit. Understand the installation diagram of the hydraulic support and the assembly diagram of each hydraulic component, clarify the installation position and installation method of each hydraulic component. Collect materials and obtain the hydraulic components (main valve, pump, pilot oil source, etc.), pipeline components (pipe joints, rubber hoses, etc.), and auxiliary components (bolts, spring washers, etc.) required for assembly according to the drawings and material list. Equip tools according to actual assembly needs: 1 set of open-end wrenches, 1 set of Allen wrenches, torque wrenches and torque wrench open-end heads, and be familiar with using torque wrenches.
2. Inspection and cleaning before assembly: Use tools such as round rollers, wire brushes, and oilstones to deburr the valve blocks used for assembly, and check that there are no bumps or dents on the assembly surface. The straight end, valve block, flange, etc. are cleaned with kerosene, dried with compressed air, and promptly sealed with sealing pockets and paper tape to prevent secondary pollution and ensure assembly cleanliness. Ensure that the valve block is free of burrs, oil, and rust, the assembly joint surface is smooth, the oil passage is clean, and there are no burrs or dents at the connection port of the threaded connection. The end direct seal is intact, and the threaded mouth is not damaged.
3. Installation of hydraulic components: Assembly of each valve block. Clean the valve blocks (one-way valve group, pilot diversion valve, drain block), end straight through, flanges, etc., and assemble them according to the installation drawings of each hydraulic component. The pre packaged valve blocks should be assembled according to the actual installation position on the hydraulic support drawing. When installing each valve block, pay attention to the position of oil inlet and return, and it is strictly prohibited to install it incorrectly. After the installation of each valve component is completed, check whether the bolts are securely fastened, mark the tightening marks, check whether the oil ports are blocked, whether the seals are intact, and whether the electrical plug parts are protected in place. Before assembling the fuel tank, it is necessary to clean the garbage and moisture inside the tank, remove and clean the paint on the cover plate and other sealing joint surfaces, use a file to clean the burrs on the threaded holes, use a pointed hammer to clean the welding slag, and then use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust, particles, and other debris or wet dough to clean various parts. When cleaning the fuel tank, it is strictly prohibited to use cotton yarn or paper to clean the tank.
